He raised a bunch of issues we weren't aware of, and wrote a very detailed and easy to read report on the issues.

Jason organised Shoreline Pest Control to conduct the pest inspection at the same time. I highly recommend this rather than just going with one guy that does both - we had two professionals with two sets of eyes looking for issues and it was fantastic. "I'd give Jason a 20/10 if I could. He saved me from buying two lemons (dodgy houses) and I could not be more thankful. He seems to have a really good knowledge about building codes and insurances.

He explained the implications of the issues if they weren't addressed, one of which was a non-compliant roof extension which would have void any insurance claims if I had of had issues down the track. Oh and he provided me reports with photos within 24hrs of all three inspections he did for me.,
